1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"rpvp4"	The online gambling platform accessible at https://rpvp4.cam, operated by the Platform operator under international licensing.
"User" / "Player"	Any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the rpvp4 platform for any purpose.
"Account"	The personal account created by a User upon successful registration and KYC verification.
"Services"	All products, features, betting markets, casino games, and support functions provided by rpvp4.
"Wallet Balance"	The total sum of confirmed deposits, bonus credits, and net winnings held in a User's account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport).
"Bonus Funds"	Credits awarded to Users under promotional offers that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount must be bet on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you satisfy both requirements.

2.2 The Services are not available to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing rpvp4 is lawful in your jurisdiction. rpvp4 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling under Indonesian law and expressly disclaims liability for any legal consequences arising from User access.

2.3 The following persons are not eligible to open an account or use the Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of rpvp4, or immediate family members of such persons.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded via the Responsible Gaming tools.

2.4 rpvp4 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) days of request will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the Services, you must create a single, personal account. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rpvp4 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your password.

3.4 KYC Verification. All accounts must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement header matching the registered name).
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, if requested.

3.5 rpvp4 processes KYC submissions within 1-48 business hours. Users will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documents are required.

4. Deposits

4.1 rpvp4 accepts deposits via the following methods, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• Electronic Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.2 Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. rpvp4 reserves the right to revise these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposits processed during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB on business days) typically reflect within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours.

4.4 All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in the User's own name. rpvp4 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit traced to a third party will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 rpvp4 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which rpvp4 bears no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours following KYC approval. First-time withdrawals always require completed KYC. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed on a rolling basis.

5.2 Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000. Maximum per transaction: Rp 50,000,000. Daily withdrawal ceiling: Rp 150,000,000.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for deposits and registered in the User's name. rpvp4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.4 rpvp4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if:

• KYC documentation is incomplete or under review.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The account is under a compliance investigation.
• Applicable active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.

5.5 Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). rpvp4 will communicate expected delays via in-app notifications.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 rpvp4 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published on the applicable promotion page and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, the following general conditions apply:

• One bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion (typically 10x–20x) on eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of bonus activation, after which unused Bonus Funds expire without compensation.
• Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., live dealer roulette, low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion.

6.3 rpvp4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any Bonus Funds already credited will be removed from the User's account.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional mechanics, or colluding with other Users — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6.5 rpvp4 does not offer cash-equivalent compensation for declined or expired bonuses. All promotional offers are discretionary.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 rpvp4 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and events, including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, AFF Cup, and international badminton tournaments. Users may place pre-match and live in-play bets, as well as mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections into a single wager.

7.2 All bets are final once confirmed. rpvp4 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a placed bet except where the cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered on that market.

7.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error / "palpable"), rpvp4 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the User's Wallet Balance. rpvp4's decision on palpable errors is final.

7.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and User account tier, and are subject to change without prior notice.

7.5 Bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, including Asian handicap, over/under, and 1X2, are governed by standard international football betting rules. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or suspension, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the platform.

7.6 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by official draw outcomes from licensed draw operators. rpvp4 does not influence draw results and bears no liability for outcomes beyond its control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account per person or using another person's account.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers or promotional mechanics ("bonus hunting" / "bonus abuse").
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or account restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rpvp4 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

8.2 rpvp4 employs fraud detection and anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation. Funds in suspended accounts will be held during the investigation period and may be forfeited if unlawful activity is confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 rpvp4 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, server errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing failures.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law, rpvp4's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.

9.3 rpvp4 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from a User's gambling decisions, whether related to sports betting, casino games, or any other product.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, KYC requirements, or applicable local laws.
• Unauthorized access to a User's account caused by the User's own negligence in protecting login credentials.
• Actions, omissions, or service failures of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rpvp4's liability for fraud or willful misconduct on its own part.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure. A User may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to the User's registered payment method after a final KYC review, typically within 5–10 business days.

10.2 Closure by rpvp4. rpvp4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• rpvp4 suspects fraud, AML violations, or other unlawful activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to rpvp4.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

10.3 Upon termination for cause, rpvp4 may withhold or forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Any such decision may be appealed by writing to [email protected] within 30 days.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 rpvp4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 rpvp4 may share User data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate business necessity. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvp4 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, to be held in English.

12.2 Users accessing rpvp4 from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable Indonesian laws. rpvp4 does not represent that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in Indonesia, and expressly disclaims responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from User access from Indonesian territory.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between rpvp4 and the User.

13. Amendments

13.1 rpvp4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Where changes are material, rpvp4 will endeavor to notify registered Users via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
